Installation help
- Download the Android package from the official download page.
- Open the downloaded file on your Android device.
- If Android asks for permission, allow installation from the browser or file manager used for this download.
- If installation fails, delete the downloaded file and download it again.
Connection help
- Confirm your package is active in the app.
- Confirm your phone has working internet access.
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Restart the app and try again.
- If the issue continues, contact support with your device ID.
